Information and operating principle

Belt-type color sorters have a wide application range. One chute color sorter is usually applicable to certain products, as the chute is designed for this kind of material based on the sizes and shapes of the material at the very beginning. As a result, a chute color sorter can only work on certain products. It does not have multiple applications because of the material-oriented chute design, and this problem does harm the sorting accuracy of other products. The appearance of belt sorters solved this problem with the capability of wide applications.

Belt-type controls the speed of transport of materials with a highly consistent mode, which means the time between the camera's detection of impurity and the nozzles' ejection is always fixed, so the material will not reach the ejection point too early or too late.

The vibration is even and the frequency is stable so that the falling of the material can form a waterfall flow, which will not overlap the material and reduce the color selection error.

Customized rust-proof aluminum alloy materials are produced strictly according to the standards of international food safety and are non-toxic and harmless.
