The combined use of the METRA GPC Pre-Cleaner and METRA ADS enhances grain cleaning quality through a two-stage process. The METRA GPC removes large, lightweight impurities such as weeds, leaves, and stems, which have a similar density to the grain and are difficult to remove using aerodynamic methods. This allows the METRA ADS to focus on eliminating other impurities like dust, microbes, insects, and fungi using a laminar airflow. This approach significantly improves cleaning accuracy. The multi-stage process results in high-quality grain, increasing its market value.

Using both machines together not only improves cleaning quality but also accelerates the process, reducing time and energy consumption. The METRA GPC pre-cleaning process reduces the load on the METRA ADS, enabling it to work more efficiently as large impurities have already been removed.
