PLEASE REVIEW OUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY BELOW TO UNDERSTAND YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS. 1. Return Eligibility We accept returns under the following conditions: • The equipment is unused, in original condition, and returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. • Returns must be pre-approved in writing by Almaz LLC. • All returned equipment must be shipped in the original packaging or equivalent protective materials. 2. Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns for: • Equipment that has been used, modified, or damaged after delivery; • Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date; • Equipment sold as final sale, demo units, or at a discount due to cosmetic damage; • Custom-configured or special-order items. 3. Return Process To request a return: 1. Contact us at info@graincleaner.com with your invoice number, serial number of the equipment, and reason for return. 2. If the return is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide return instructions. 3. The customer is responsible for shipping costs and must ensure the equipment is securely packaged and insured. 4. Restocking Fee Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% to cover inspection, testing, and repackaging costs. 5. Refunds Once the returned equipment is received and inspected: • A refund will be issued within 14 business days to the original payment method. • Refunds are for the equipment only. Shipping charges and installation costs are non-refundable. 6. Warranty Policy Our equipment is covered by a 12 months limited warranty (see Warranty Terms for details).
