The Scalper grain cleaner SGC-400

The SGC is designed for pre-cleaning of seed and commercial material: grain, leguminous, vegetable, melon, fodder, as well as any bulk mixtures. SGC is an auxiliary pre-cleaning device for aerodynamic grain cleaners, ADS-200, ADS-400 with a frame and a calibration mesh installed in it. Pre Cleaner excels at removing heavy and light impurities from a variety of grains, ensuring a clean, quality product for further processing. Its compact design allows for easy integration into existing grain cleaning setups, making it an ideal choice for small to medium-sized operations looking for reliability and performance.

Information and operating principle of the Scalper Grain Cleaner

The operation of the grain cleaner together with SGC is a small grain processing line. That is, at the SGC, large garbage is selected and the grain is sized by dimension, then the grain cleaner calibrates by weight and cleans it from small impurities waste.

With high contamination, especially on small seeds, not a single aerodynamic separator can cope with the task of high-quality cleaning and grain calibration. In this case, SGC is a great helper to the aerodynamic separator.
